Styling a check box table

    I am trying to create the following check box table and it is not coming out correctly

    but it looks like this in the setup:

     

     

    which is how I want it to look

    I would also want the "shifts" to be
    on one line too not stacked like they are here

    It appears that you have fixed the layout issue. The matrix field looks great now.
