Form thank you page is being redirected to an empty white page

    please tell me why my forn is going to this blank page after submission " http://submit.jotform.us/submit/31415546752151/ " and not the page that i specified

    I took a look at your jotform and everything is OK with with the redirect setup, the issue was however with the Text element that was added HTML code in it too make the field look like a textarea field, but in the same time breaking off the jotform.

    Browsers tried to recreate the jotform and it appeared as not broken, but once submit button was clicked bad data was sent.

    I have removed the issue in it so it should work properly.
