Can users save their data in a form to return to work on again later?

Is it possible for users to save the form and continue working on it later?  I have changed some settings which led me to believe they could.  Here is what I did:

Preferences --> Advanced Settings --> Continue Forms Later (edit Autofill settings)  --> Autofill = Enabled, Auto Save = 4 seconds, Time to Live = 4 weeks, Save on Data Changes - checked

I hope to link this form to my website so I don't plan on emailing all of the users a link from JotForm.  But after using the Form URL from the preview mode and closing the window before submitting, when I returned using the same URL in the same browser, from the same computer, none of my information had been saved.

Is there something I am missing?  Thanks for the help!

    Please check both user guides

The save session of the form will end after you have finally submitted the form.

This was the reason it looks like to you the data were not saved during the session. The data were actually saved also when you submitted the form because the data were now in the View Submissions page.

The Edit_Link will allow editing/updating of submission data even after the user had already submitted the form.

I think this is the save and return to work again feature you were looking for.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
