How can our clients print out the jotform as it is, not as appears in submissions / PDF?

We are having the same issue. Our client needs to print their submissions for their records and they need to be printed as the form layout appears. They are currently printing justified left in a small column with all fields stacked. It is printing on 5 pages rather then the one it should take. Since they are set up within our account they don't have access to go in and do the extra work required nor do they want to.

I hope we can come up with a solution as they are very unhappy with us over this.

    Thank you.

Unfortunately, it is no possible to print the submission data in same layout of the standalone version of the form from the submissions page.

A possible workaround could be adding the print button to the form.

When your clients complete filling the form out, before hitting submit, they can print it:

So, it will have a very similar design:

You could also add an edit link to your email notification or autoresponder.

So, in this way the person can go to the already filled form and print it too.

Hope this helps you, let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.

Will Jotform be looking to add this feature in any time soon?  I work with an organization and we would like to use JotForm but HAVE to have the forms print in the layout we desire.

All this moving around to different threads is confusing for users, it looks like you are dodging responses to users when you cannot answer a questions in a desired way.
