So many problems with "guest forms" and people not finding their hard work!!!!

Ive been reading through countless feedback of people signing in but then building their form in a "guest account" and then not finding their form.  Well, I'm def there !!!   Why would you let this continuously happen !!!  If a person signs up their account should not be considered a guest account they cannot get into after their first try !!!!

My client is freaking, I'm super unimpressed, and it's obvious this is an ongoing problem!!!

How can I get into my bang botanicals form so i can continue !!   holy shit thats maddening !!!!
