How do my users update Credit Card info for their subscription

    Hi,

     

    How can my client update their credit card info after filling it out on the form for subscription payment?

    Hello Rebecca,

    I see that some of your JotForms are using Stripe subscription service. I understand that you want to know how the user updates the credit card information after subscribing to the service through your JotForm. As far as I know, JotForm initiates the payment only and hands it over to the payment gateway for any further processing. If anything to be updated after subscribing to the service, that needs to be handled through the payment gateway.
