Why are my tabs gone? How do I get it back?

Hello,

I have a very long form and know that I created tabs across the top indicating different sections of the form and now those tabs are not showing up!!!  What happened???

Please help ASAP as I would like to have this functionality back on my form.

This did not work for me as it only shows changes made yesterday.  I cannot go further back.

Why can't I add the tabs again???  There must be some way to do it or perhaps you can help me since I don't understand how they just disappeared.  Is there some Jotform Ghost that changes things while we sleep???

Sorry that the option recommended did not work for you. I recommended that option so that you did not have to go through the process of editing each tab again. Yes it is possible for you to add it again since is it no longer displaying on the form.

I did it here and it showed up just fine when checked:

I am not certain what could have caused this. Maybe you had multiple tabs opened with the form builder interface and the most updated version of the form got overwritten by an older version. In any case sorry about the excess workload and the above recommended solution should work for you. Do let us know if further assistance is needed.
