I would like to know, if there is a possibility to put a text field behind a selection field?

Sorry to say but I am not quite sure what you are referring to. Would you like to add a text box at the end of each check box option or would you like to add custom text with different font weight and coloring (eg. Special offer). Do provide some more details on your inquiry so that we can provide a more specific resolution. We will await your response.

It is possible but by having several check box fields with only one option:

Then shrinking the fields so that both check-boxes and text-box fields are in the same line:

You can test and clone the demo form:

Thank you very much. It worked ;-)

One more question. Is it possible to put the text boxes in one vertical line?

And is it possible to reduce the distance between the lines? Right now the distance is really big.
