I need assistance to change the ID and Password for our Jotform account. Our employee Jeanne Herbert has left our organization and we need to change the account details. As Ms. Herbert's email account has been discontinued how can I redirect the password change to my email. Thanks for your prompt attention.

I am able to see a guest account with this email id and another free account SoMDMeats with the IP address. But both accounts are not having any forms. If you are referring to some other account, please provide us with the account username/email id registered/any form ID from the account/the webpage URL where one of the JotForms was embedded so that we'll try to locate the account and provide you necessary assistance.
We will wait for your response.

I have now emailed numerous times and am getting nowhere at all - PLEASE RESPOND WITH IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE.
The original account holder was Jeanne Herbert – email: email@example.com Unfortunately the password regularly used for this account is not recognized.
The new accounts were tests to see if we could access the account and reset passwords.
Thanks for your help.

We've been responding to your issue here as far as I know.
I checked your provided email for "firstname.lastname@example.org" but there is no account found for it.
So I then turned to your provided jotform link "32335799680163" and found a username called "bergmark" but the email for it is someone else entirely and not by Jeanne Herbert.
The second form you had linked is a woofoo form and it does not belong to us.
The most I can give you for that account would be a hint for the email which is email@example.com but you would need to use either the username or email address if you know it to reset the password.
Was the person who previous had the form you linked making it for your website?
I checked your website for it but at the moment I don't see it listed there anywhere as of right now.
I am under the impression you want to regain access to the form to use it perhaps if that is correct?

Yes, we URGENTLY need to regain access to this form: http://form.jotform.us/form/32335799680163
We originated it for our Southern Maryland Meats program - We have producers applying to our program but we have no means of logging in to review the activity.
I do not recognize the hint for the email - firstname.lastname@example.org
The only individual who is associated with our organization would be Conni James - our usual email identifier would be email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
Yes, this form is hosted on the Southern Maryland Meats website: southernmarylandmeats.com on this page: http://www.southernmarylandmeats.com/resources.html "APPLICATION TO JOIN SOUTHERN MARYLAND MEATS"
Please advise how we can gain access to this form to manage and maintain our applications. THANK YOU!!!

Thank you for providing additional information. However, the registered email address of the account is not matching with any of the one you've provided. I can provide you the email address now (email@example.com) since the name of the person is matching and we see the JotForm is embedded on your website. However, the password reset instructions shall be sent to the registered email address only. Sorry for the trouble and this is required for authenticating the account.
Let us know if we can be of any further assistance. Thanks!

Thank you - I have alerted Conni James (firstname.lastname@example.org) she is expecting to receive an invitation from you to reset the password for the account.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
