Are sub-user accounts able to take advantage of the same number of monthly submissions, available space, etc.?

Are sub-user accounts able to take advantage of the same number of submissions, available space, etc.?

I upgraded to the premium account type and created two sub-users. I noticed that their space is limited to the 100MB and 100 monthly submissions. What's the point of sub-user accounts? I don't think I'm clear on that.

Sub-users can take advantage of the premium subscription only if they manage the forms directly into your account, rather than creating them on their own accounts. Is this clearer? Do not hesitate to ask for more questions.
