We have two accounts, with Usernames PMRI and Ornish, and we would like to cancel these but cannot do so with your system. Each time I click "Cancel" next to the billing information on the Account Settings, I get redirected to a Plimus site where no username/password combinatin we have seems to work.
We no longer need to use Jotform so please advise on canceling these two forms.

Please check this guide as mentioned by a colleague. It describes what should be done since you will need to access your Plimus account.
Please let me know if you need further help.
Downgrading your account still allows you to receive submissions.
