Assuming a client fills out the form and submits it.
I then receive an e-mail with everything they've selected, and ideally id like to just forward that email to the client, but it isn't "Branded" enough.
Is there a way to add a Branding to the response email? Possibly a logo?

Yes, this is possible. You will need to add an Email Autoresponder to your form to notify your form users.
The Autoresponder template can be changed in a Compose Email editor. You can use the rich text editor, or modify the HTML email source.
