My email is set up as the primary for all submitted forms to be forwarded. I am not receiving the forms in my email and have to log in to retrieve them. This has happened before. What is the problem?

Can you please tell us which of your jotform was having this issue?
I just checked your account/username TRIPRG and the account email, but I did not find any issue with them.
From what I can see, your forms last submission activity was since May 2014. I could not find submissions as of this year either.
Provide us the URL of the form and we will check further.
