Whats wrong with the form links ?

    today sometimes the embeded linkes are working sometimes not , i tried 3 diffrent internet service provider but all of them are the same , not result found after 3 minuter waiting , usulay those forms pop up pretty quick , but today they work sometimes somethimes not . 

     

    can you explain

    I clicked on your form link http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50321713299958 and it immediately work for me even at multiple times

    I already checked your jotform account and it is Active and in good standing also.

    Please try clearing your browser's cache also. Perhaps the issue was being caused by browser cache on your side.
