How to add Photo and Logo on Jotform

    Can I have both a Photo of myself and Logo on my Jotform?  If so, how do i do this?

    Hi Kent,

    You can use the Image field found in Form Tools to add image logo and Photos on your jotform.

    I'd like to add our logo into the header field with our name - how can I do that
