The import tool requests are processed as they arrive. The import tool is automated and once the username and password is provided in import wizard, it takes a few minutes to show the imported forms in your account. The submissions might arrive at a later time depending on the processing gue.

2. Please confirm that you have used our Import wizard at http://www.jotform.com/formscentral/ and you have chosen Forms and Responses to import
3. How many forms and submissions are there in your Formscentral account
