Not receiving submission emails for ONE form

    This account is receiving emails from ONE form, but not the other.

     

    Receiving from: Let's Talk

    Not Receiving from: Need Services

     

    Forms are received by secondary email address (g....@gmail.com, but NOT b...@custom domain.com).

    Email is NOT on the Bounce list, and Sender field is filled in.

    Hi bluesecuritynv,

    I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing with your email notifications.

    After checking your email history, I am seeing where that emails have been successfully sent to your email address for that specific form

    Please check your Spam/Bulk/Junk folder to see if the emails have been routed to that folder.
