How can I email my clients a copy of the completed contract including text

    I've seen the tips on creating an autoresponder to send an email to the client with the completed fields. But I'm creating contract templates for clients and I would love to have them email themselves a pdf of the WHOLE form including terms and conditions - not just the fields they filled in. 

    Please advise.

    Hello Wani,

    Please be noted that by default headings and text fields are not displayed in submission emails or submission PDF. If you want to show the contract in the submission PDF, you will have to enable the "Show Headers & Texts" in your for's submission settings. The following guide should help you on how to show headers and texts in submission pdf: 

    You can add the PDF download link by adding {pdf-link} in your form's sutoresponder email alert. Once the form is submitted, users will receive submisison email with a PDF download link. Please check the screenshot below on how to add {pdf-link} in autoresponder email:


    If you want to show the contract in the submission emails, you will have to manually add the contract text in the autoresponder email template. Please check the screenshot below:
