Cannot see the submissions.

I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. You should be able to view your form's submission without any problem.

Are you getting any error message or you are not able to sign in to your account at all? I would suggest you to clear your browser cache and then try to sign in to your account again. The following guide should help you clear browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
