Feature Request: Schedule the Autoresponder or Email Alerts to be Sent on a Specific Date or Time

    I would like to send an email which would ask customers to fill out a customer survey form.  I would like this to send a certain period after they fill out another form to register with our company. An example of what I mean would be a customer fills in the registration form and then 6 weeks after this they are sent an email to ask them to fill out a Customer survey.


    Is this possible.

    Hi Richard,

    Unfortunately, JotForm does not support scheduled email alerts on form submission, when a user fills out a form a notifier or an autoresponder is sent almost instantly. But, I believe Zoho has this feature, you can integrate JotForm to it so that you can send scheduled autoresponders or notifiers, you can check the app integration here: http://apps.jotform.com/app/zoho_crm_integration

    I will also open a feature request on this so that our developers can add this to their to-do list if they see it fit, with this reason I can't give an estimated date to when this will be considered or implemented. But we will update you immediately on this thread if there's any progress on it.
