One of my forms has a integration with google spreadsheets however every now and then a form submission goes missing. I can see it is submitted but the data is not exported to my google spreadsheet. Any suggestions on how to fix this. I have re-integrated many times and need it to be reliable.

Thank you for reporting this. If you are constantly making changes to the spreadsheet, I believe that is one reason why that integration seems to be a faulty. But, if you are not changing anything on the spreadsheet and there are a couple of submissions missing on it, there might be something wrong with the integration. I can escalate this to our developers but could you confirm if this is the form that has the the problem with: http://www.jotform.com/43075657520960?
We'll wait for your response.

Thank you for the feedback, the link you have is the correct one. I am working on the spreadsheet although on different tabs in order to analyse the data submitted. The source tab (submissions) i do not temper with.

Thank you for the update. I'll escalate this to our developers so that they can take a closer look.
Are you using some calculation on your spreadsheet or you would just like to view it? If you are just viewing the submissions you could try creating an HTML table report or a Grid report, it's much more reliable and real time because it shows the submissions directly from your JotFrom account. Here are the guides on how to do that:
With regards to the problem, we'll update you when our developers see any major problem with the integration or if they can have a fix on it to make it more reliable.

We have fixed every problem we encountered during a 6 month period and our spreadsheet integration has become very much stable and it should not miss any submissions from now on. Please let us know if you experience any issues.
Please accept my apologies for previous inconveniences.
