Form embedded on tumblr page not displaying

    Hi,

     

    We have set up jotform to be integrated in our tumblr site. it used to be working fine, but now it appears to not load.


    We are on a paid subscription. Could you fix the problem and email us when you are done at rudepackets@gmail.com? Thank you.

    As I check the webpage, the form is loaded fine at my end. Please see the screenshot below :

    It could be an issue with the browser cache at your end. Please try clearing the browser cache by following the instructions provided in the guide below :
