Form embedded on webpage not showing correctly

Asked by Antony on February 19, 2015 at 05:59 AM

When im embedding this form using this <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.me/jsform/50274842143451"></script> sometimes the form shows up without hiding the elements that i chose to hide. This occurs randomly , and a refresh fixes it. See the pictures

This issue might occur due to slow internet connection or a conflict of other scripts on your webpage. Please check if the direct URL (http://form.jotform.me/form/50274842143451) to the form is loading fine without any issue.

Please try embedding the form using iframe method. You can get the iframe code by following the instructions provided in the guide below :

    http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Please get back to us with the webpage URL where the form is embedded if the issue still persists after embedding using iframe method. We will be happy to look into this issue further.

The iframe seems better option but it creates a scrollable white space on the bottom of the page.

Look the image and notice the webpages scroll.

As I check your webpage, I see that the width of the form is correctly set on the page. However, the height seems to be longer since the iframe uses the actual height of form and is not dynamic. This is due to displaying the hidden fields when respective option is selected.

I notice that you are using WordPress. Could you try installing the following WordPress plugin instead of using iframe. This helps in adjusting the height dynamically for the form. As I test it locally, it worked perfect for me.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
