Problem accessing online form:

    There appears to be an issue with accessing the following form: as when people try to click on the link they receive a message telling them that the page can not be displayed. However, it was definitely working earlier today as two forms were complete and submitted around 13:44GMT


    Is there currently an issue with the JotForm website?



    I would really appreciate a reply to this as the form is STILL not loading properly.

    It is an important resource for our staff to use and the lack of any reply for coming up to two hours is really pretty it would be good to get some help/advice about this please.

    We have already have sent a note to the developers. Hopefully this will be resolved soon

    Ok, thank you.

    This issue seems to be intermittent, as sometimes the form does load, but most often it doesn't. And it seems from the forum that a number of others have been experiencing similar problems, which does imply that it is not an issue with any individual form(s).

    Please update me with any further developments as having reliable access to the form is very business critical for us at the moment. Thanks

    Our apologies for the issue. We a short time temporary server load problem, but our backend team have just fixed it. Kindly check your form again and let us know if the problem persists. 

    I would also suggest clearing your browser's cache before accessing the form. You can just hit CTRL+F5 to hard refresh your browser.
