ive paid to upgrade my account twice but it still says, limit reached

    I see that your account is active in state and holding premium status. Also, I notice that there are two PayPal subscriptions. However, one of the subscriptions is already cancelled. 

    Since the account is in Premium subscription now, the limits should be increased as per the plan. If the issue still persists, please let us know. We will be happy to look into this further.
