Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked the Stripe Integration on your form and I see that it's connected like you see in the screenshot below:
I have also tested your form to see if I could replicate any issues, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Thanks for getting back to us and providing the screenshot, that helped us understand better what's going on. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. This error usually occurs when your stripe account is under review with them. Could you please check with Stripe and see if everything is working from their side, then disconnect and reconnect the integration?
