Use SMTP settings to get it seen in your Sent inbox.

There is no way to accomplish this if you are not using a custom domain and custom SMTP settings.  Otherwise, the suggestion made by Dj Stores might work.

Please send us an update about your findings.

What if we do not have an POP3 and/or IMAP email server?  We use Exchange.  We do not have SMTP settings.

    Hello RepairBackup,

IMAP is a mailbox and if I am not wrong it does not support sending emails but there are ways available to send emails via IMAP connection. Otherwise, you need to have SMTP setup to send emails.

Well if you do not have SMTP then unfortunately there is no way for the sent email information to reach your mail box.

You need to speak to your system admin to find out a way to configure exchange server accordingly. SMTP must be already enabled in your server.

    Thank you!
