I just wrote to you to say that I just upgraded to the premium account. I had received an email saying that I was exceeding the number of submission, etc. I upgraded right away because it said that if I didn;'t, my account would terminate tomorrow at noon.
But now I can't get any of my JotForms to load! Did you do something to them before I had a chance to upgrade? I acted on the email within a few hours and it said they wouldn't be deactivated until tomorrow!
Help! I really need for these forms to be working right now - time-sensitive issue.

Hello Ellen. I just checked some of your forms and they all load with no problem:
If the problem continues, please give us more details such as type of browser where the problem shows, type of device (mobile, pc, etc)
