I checked the submissions for your form (Client Information Sheet) and they seem to be intact. Can you say which submission you are not seeing? You can check the email notifications you have received for each submission and we can check to see if it is in the list shown in your View Submissions interface.
I also realize that you have a field that stores a lot of characters which increases the height of each submission row. It might be possible that you are overlooking some of the information in the list.
