    I cant access the submissions

    I used to be able to have my client fill the form on our laptop and then submit. It would then show up in my account under the submissions and at our email address.

    . Now I cant acces the submisions on our account  and cant even set up a bookmark for my clients to fill out the blank form and submit

    everythinkg was going smooth until now. I am very frustrated. please help

    Again, sorry for the situation you are now in, we will try our best to get your issue resolved for you. Howver, it appears that you have 2 threads for the same issue. You should place your update on your previous thread. We will address this issue there. We will await your response.

    You should also consider clearing your browser cache. I was able to view the submissions under your account just fine (Picture shown in your previous thread).
