how can i choose more than one option at a time?

    I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Are you referring to checkbox fields on your JotForm? I see that you are having multiple checkbox fields on your JotForm. Checkbox field enables you to select more than one option while radio buttons are allowed to select only one option.
