This question was asked before and the answer was no (in 2011). Has this option been updated? I'm in a non-profit and I need to support individual submissions to the for review.

If what you mean is to have the received submission data in same layout as the standalone version of the form, unfortunately, the answer is still no. The submission data has same general format:
A possible workaround could be adding the print button to the form.
When your clients complete filling the form out, before hitting submit, they can print it:
So, it will have a similar design:
You could also add an edit link to your email notification.
So, in this way you can go to the already filled form and print it too.
