How do I get to have the responder receive the "text box" on the form?Asked by HUNAL on February 19, 2015 at 02:19 PM
How do I get to have the responder receive the "text box" on the form with the data in it? Let's say this is an acknowledgment of a policy. The responder signed it after reading the content in the text box I inserted in the form, ad I want the responder get a copy of the text box content in the email he or she receives. I'd appreciate your help with this matter. Thank you .Kind Regards.Haldun.

There you can click on the Forward button to forward those terms, hope this helps you.
