Will the data be passed if the Zapier Integration if Off and How to Resend Submission

    Basically had a form come over when a Zap was accidentally turned off and the Form Data did not go to my CRM. What happens to the Trigger from Jotform? Does it bounce back? Is it stored somewhere and then goes out again? Thanks.

    Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. Unfortunately, if the Zap feature was turned off, it will be necessary to pass the data manually.

    Hi rbjunk,

    Thanks for getting back to us. You will have to reactivate the Zap on your Zapier and then submit the form that has the submission data again so that the data will be passed to your CRM. But before re-submitting the form, make sure that the Zap integration is properly integrated into your form.

    How do you "Resubmit" within Jotform?

    I see the form in my Inbox, not sure how to resubmit. There is what looks like to be an edit button, do I just hit that and keep hitting Next until Submit Button shows up?

    Thanks for using Jotform. Yes, if you edit the submission, it will resend to the integration when you submit it.
