    Not receiving any email, please help as it's urgent : registration period

    Even though your email address used for submission notifications is not in our bounce list, I see our mail logs shows failure of the delivery:

    Have you checked your spam folder? Also, could you try changing from noreply@formresponse.com to noreply@jotform.com? Once you change it, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender
