Add info to form to show on pdf

    Is there any way to have my section headers appear on the pdf that is generated.  My users are complaining that it is hard to figure out which section goes where.  I added the section breaks manually for my notification email, but they need them in the pdf forms as well.

    My form asks for Name, Title, Institution in several sections.

    The Headers and Text will only show in the Submissions page however it is not included in the PDF file generated. As a work around though you can use third party PDF Print driver such as Primo PDF. To generate the PDF file with section headers and text  go to the submissions page and instead of clicking on Get PDF just use the built in print function of the browser or hit CTRL + P. Select Primo PDF from the printer name and click on OK. This should open up Primo PDF which gives you the option to create the PDF file of the form.

    *Please take note though that first you will need to display the headers and text in the submissions page to do this go to My Forms > Select the Form > click on Submissions.

    Click the Preferences icon (the little gear below the "Delete" button in the following screenshot) and check Show Headers and Texts:
