Hi Cynthia,
Thanks for sharing the form URL. I viewed your form and I was able to reproduce the error. Upon checking your form settings, I see that you have not connected your form to any Stripe account which is causing the error. To fix this, please make sure that you finish the Stripe integration. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:
- In the Form Elements, click on Payments.
- Looks for Stripe and click the 3 dots beside it.
- Choose Payment Settings.
- Click Connect on the window on the right side.
After clicking on Connect, the system will prompt you to log in to your Stripe account. Please review our guide on How to Integrate Stripe With Jotform for more details.
