Is there a way to tell where I am in the queue for importing forms?

Is there a way to tell where I am in the queue for importing forms? Does it only import open forms from Adobe? We would like for all the history to import including closed forms since we often need access to prior submissions for closed forms.
This is a re-post of a comment on Import Your Forms and Responses In A Single Step From Adobe FormsCentral

Yes, the mentioned tool on that post is made only to import forms and data from Adobe FormsCentral. I was not able to find a request in our queue related to your email address, were the forms you want to import created in FormsCentral? If not, could you let us know where they were created?
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you. -

I'm sorry, I've read your question again and I see that you were asking if the queue only works with open forms from Adobe and the answer is yes, in order to also import closed forms you need to reopen them again so they can be imported and then you can close them again.
Could you please provide the email address that you used when you entered the request to import the forms?
Thanks.

The email address associated with the Adobe account is ***** and I submitted the request on Friday 2/13 around 1:45 pm central but I did enter my email address for the notification to go to.

I do not see your email in our import tool queue list, but if you can give us a link to one of the Adobe Forms we might be able to check? If we are not able to find it even with the adobe form URL, we will raise this to our team working on it, but you can also request another import at this time so that your forms and data get imported while we see what happened with the first request.

I just submitted a new request, can you verify this one went through properly?

I was looking at the waiting queue and could not find your request, but then noticed that it was already processed for you ;)
Do take a look at your account and you should see them there.

Thanks! It does look like the forms processed. I was surprised to find a notification for completion of each form was sent to the email address on the Adobe account rather than the email address I have set up for the Jotform account. I am working through this for someone else in our organization that set up the Adobe account. It's not a huge problem but you might consider changing that process so that the notification emails are sent to the Jotform account email address instead. Regardless, we have what we need at this point and I appreciate your timely support!

You are welcome and I believe that the tool is sending it this way to notify the account holder in case someone used the details (but can not guarantee that this is the reason).
I am happy to know that your import is finished and please feel free to check forms and data and let us know if there are any layout issues (you might want something to look differently) and we would be happy to help you with that.
We are of course here if you need any assistance with anything else, just let us know :)
