Do you have the capacity to collect electronic signatures that are legally binding? I create forms for a school program. We need parents to provide various pieces of information. We also need them to electronically sign the forms to indicate that they understand terms of services, cancellation policies, etc. We are a startup, so pricing matters a lot. Thanks!

Yes Jennifer, you can do that with your jotforms by adding Signature widgets to them.
You can see here how to add widgets to your jotform: How to Add a Widget to your Form
Do let us know however if there are any questions that you would like us to help you with and we would be happy to do so.

We are happy to announce the Adobe eSign widget - which uses Adobe Document Cloud e-Sign Services (formerly echosign).
Its signatures are legally enforceable.
Please see and test the widget here: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/adobe_esign
