Width and height is not correct on embedded form

Yes. They had a server issue before so it is now appearing but there is a width issue and submit button does not appear on mobile. 

I was able to see the width issue on the embedded jotform http://www.jotform.ca/form/50494104105242 in our website.

I suggest you make the embedded form mobile responsive by follow the how to on this user guide:

-How-to-make-forms-Mobile-Responsive

 

Please apply first the method described on the guide to your form and then check again how it behaves on the live website.
