Issues with Account Creation

    I clicked on the link to the Black River Lodge reservation form. It prompted me to set up an account, which I tried to do. Response came back "email already in use". I don't see how that's possible since I've never been to your website.

    My next step was to click on "forgot password". The response was that an email had been sent with reset instructions. No email ever came.

    Hi Mary,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your account.

    I have checked the email address associated with your account and I can see that there is only a Guest account created on the system with that email address. Please note that this type of account is a temporary account and you will need to sign up and create a Jotform account in order to open the form that is assigned to you.

    Make sure to clear your browser's cache and cookies before creating an account, and after you successfully sign up for a Jotform Starter account, then open the link with the form that is assigned to you.

    If you run into the same message again("email already in use"), let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
