I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. You should be able to edit your forms without any problem. It could be a browser related issue and I will suggest you the following steps:
#1. Clear your browser cache. The following guide should help you: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
#2. Restart your internet router and then sign in to your account.
#3. You may also like to use open chrome incognito window and then sign in to your JotForm account and see if you are able to edit your forms.
Do get back to us if the issue persists.
I can log in but clicking on any of my form does absolutely nothing. Pluggins drop down menu also does not work. The create new form button also does nothing.
Did you clear your browser cache as suggested earlier? Even after clearing browser cache, you are unable to edit forms?
