Multiple notification is received for every form submissions.

    Good Night,

     

    In recent weeks, we have received dozens of duplicate forms, in some tripled and quadrupled occasions. What's happening?

    Please resolve this issue.

    Hello Clayton,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I did check our email logs and did not find any trace of multiple emails being sent for the same submissions. Have you receive multiple emails only for few submissions or you continue to have this issue.

    I have cleared your form cache and sent you a test submission. Can you please check and let me know if you have again received multiple emails? Our email log says the submission email was sent only once. Please check the log below:

    Hello, Olá,

    The form submitted by you arrived just one. The site that is more problem is the www.maquinadecartao.com.br

    Hello davibiel,

    I did check your web page where you have embedded your form and I did not find any issue with that. I would suggest you to please monitor your form and get back to us if the issue persists.

    I have also sent a test submission from your web page as well, please check if you have received multiple submission emails.
