    Hi there!
I was looking for an answer but unsuccesfull. All was old threads.

Here is the issue: I have the paypal form for registration of users to our lecture. On each leceture should register up to 6 people. And we have two or three dates for the lectures in the form so they can pick in which day they want to come.

Is it somehow possible to limit the option for date after fill up with registrations?
    I don't know how.

I have another idea how to achieve this, make this picking out of paypal by some another tool in jotform (i don't know which one) and than just submit button= paypal gate for registration fee. Is this somehow possible ? (Or the first option above)

    Thanks for help!
    cheers!

    Hi,

Unfortunately, I'm having problems on understanding the details of the products in your form. But, based from what I understand, you would like to have a limit on the quantity of how many people will enroll in your services or course, which I assume are the listed ones in your products?

If that is the case, I would recommend that you use instead the Inventory or Quantity Gift Registry Widget, then pass the value directly to the Payment Tool using the donation/custom total value option. You can see the demo form that I made here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50503833914957. To see how I setup mine, you can use the screenshots below as a guide:

    1. Use the Gift Registry or the Quantity Gift Registry Widget. Add the details off it, maximum number of items for it and the name to be used.

    2. In your conditions wizard, click the update form field value option.

    3. This is how mine looks like.

    4. Then add the payment method that you would like to use.

    5. In the payments, select the "Collect Donations/Custom Amount Payments", and select the "Total Price" field where the amount will be fetched.

Thank you very much! It works! It was a little bit complicated but I achieved this!

    3 questions more here:

When I tick "Collect Donations / Custom Amount payments" can Paypal block my business account because of donations?  Or should I just untick that it is a Donation?

The second one. Is it possible to hide the first field from form with the same value of money as the final paypal field? Will it still functional?

Third one. When some choise of term of my courses come to "0 seats left" it will automatically disabled or what?

    here is my try: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50505116226949

I'm glad that it seems to work for you.

Here are my answer to your questions.

When I tick "Collect Donations / Custom Amount payments" can Paypal block my business account because of donations?  Or should I just untick that it is a Donation?

I would suggest that you only enable it as a "Donation" check box if you are indeed a non-profit organization, I believe Paypal does some audits to check each transactions. Or you could also ask the Paypal support directly about this matter, we don't process payments, the form only sends needed information directly to the Payment gateway of Paypal for secure transaction, this is through the use of APIs.

The second one. Is it possible to hide the first field from form with the same value of money as the final paypal field? Will it still functional?

Yes, it is alright to hide fields, they will still remain functional and available to be used in Conditions or in Form calculations, here's how you can hide the field.

Third one. When some choise of term of my courses come to "0 seats left" it will automatically disabled or what?

Yes, it will show in your form that that item is not anymore available and cannot be selected. Here's a sample view of it.
