Hi guys :) Just a quick question, I was wondering how often JotForm backs up the forms on an account? I'm assuming it's a database dump, maybe done nightly?
If a form needs to be restored for some reason what kind of fee applies, and does the restoration also restore the user submissions?
I don't currently need to restore a form but it would be good to know just in case.
PS - I've been really happy with JotForm for this monster form I've just finished (https://www.jotform.com/form/12764908762). Not being able to clone conditions was a bit of a pain, and there's one small bug I can't resolve, but other than that it's been perfect and made putting together a form this big relatively simple.
Your super-fast forum support was also greatly appreciated as I had a few things I needed help with while building it and generally got a reply to my posts within half hour. Thanks and keep up the good work :)Page URL:

Last I heard, we cannot do form restoration anymore - at least not with changes made by the user. We used to restore forms by request but it took too much time and has gotten a lot riskier due to the fact that our servers hold millions of forms which can get affected by even the tiniest error.
Our servers perform back ups regularly, although I am not quite sure what the interval is. In any case, if your form gets corrupted due to a server error, just let us know so we can forward the issue to the proper department.
As a tip, I would suggest that you "backup" your forms before making any changes by cloning them. Go to My Forms, right-click on a form then choose Clone Form
