I've emptied all submissions from all forms and it's still telling me I need to upgrade and buy space. Why?

Generally, the upgrade message displayed when you have reached 80% of your submission limits allotted for the current month. This limit can be normal submissions/SSL submissions/payments. Please be noted that deleting submissions from your account will not reset the monthly submission counter. As I check your account, I see that you have received 8 SSL submissions in the current month and hence you are receiving the upgrade message. The account shall be disabled if you reach the SSL limit i.e., 10 for Free account.
