Hello Guy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I'm not sure if I understand correctly, but you mean that a form inside a form? If so, it's not currently possible in Jotform. If you mean that you want to prefill forms from a form to another form, that would be possible. Can you please explain to us a bit more in detail about what you're trying to achieve so that we can help you better?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you on this.

Hi
I have created a form and want to include the content of that form as part of another form.
Is it possible to take a section of a form and use it in multiple other forms? Copy it across or duplicate it?
Regards
Guy

Hello Guy,
Thanks for getting back to us. That's possible with form prefill, and it's simple. Let me show you how:
- In the Form Builder of the first form, click the Settings tab on the orange banner at the top.
- Select Approval Flows in the left side menu options.
- Click Create an approval flow.
- Remove the default approval flow fields to create a custom flow.
- Add a Form element to the flow.
- Click the added form element.
- In General tab, select the destination form.
- Assign the email that the form will be sent to.
- Go to Prefill tab.
- Turn ON the Prefill Form Fields toggle switch.
- Select the form of the source fields.
- Match the fields from the source form to the destination form.
- Hit Save.
Check out my demo form:

Hi Lambert_Guy,
If you need to clone a few fields from another form and keep the same form and its URL, you can use the Field Manager app. Here's how:
- Go to this link and click on Open Integration.
- Click Manage Fields.
- Click Allow.
- Click Open a Form to Begin.
- Select the first form and click Continue.
- Open the second form, this is the source form of the fields that you want to clone:
- Select the fields that you want to clone to the first form, and click the big arrow button below:
- Open the form builder by clicking on the button pointed below. You'll be routed to the form builder and you'll see the fields are cloned to the form.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
