I just wanted to "view submissions" for a couple of my lists. When I select "view submissions," the screen redraws but does not show the list of submissions.

I have checked our fresh support inquiries and have not found any similar reports. Also, the submission pages are fine on your account at our side. It is most likely that some script or other content is not loading in your browser, so that the submission page is blank.
Could you please try to check the submissions in any other internet browser? Does it make any difference?
You might also try checking submissions from other Internet Service Provider and/or computer.
