    Hi,

    I am using my own jotforms on my website for clients to submit tickets to a third party help desk.

    I am having a problem with inadvertent word wrapping and not wrapping information on the submitted forms to the help desk that i am using. When i send the same information via email to the online help desk it displays fine but when submitted through the jotform it appears as shown below:

    Following is the form submission HTML used for the jotform:

    <p>

    <span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: &quot;Verdana&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;">

    <strong>{firstName} {lastName}</strong> has submitted a new Support Request as follows:<br />

    Email Address:<strong> {emailAddress}</strong><br />

    Request Type:<strong> {requestType}</strong><br />

    Do You Have Microsoft Office?:<strong> {doYou6}</strong><br />

    What Version?:<strong> {whatVersion9}</strong><br />

    Support Request Message:<br />

    <strong>{supportRequest7}</strong></span></p>

    When the form is received by the help desk the words wrap or doesn’t wrap the information as follows:

    New Ticket: XULZ-430913

    {firstName}
    {lastName}
    has submitted a new Support Request as follows:
    Email
    Address: {emailAddress}
    Request Type:
    {requestType}

    Do You Have Microsoft Office?:
    {doYou6}

    What Version?: {whatVersion9}

    Support Request Message Details:{supportRequest7}

    The information should be displayed like the following:

    {firstName} {lastName} has submitted a new Support Request as follows:
    Email Address: {emailAddress}
    Request Type: {requestType}
    Do You Have Microsoft Office?: {doYou6}
    What Version?: {whatVersion9}
    Support Request Message Details:
    {supportRequest7}

    Please let me know what can be done to fix this.

    Sorry, I tried very hard but failed to recreate the problem you have described. Below are screenshots for the emails I received when I submitted a clone of your form:

    Mozilla Thunderbird:

    Gmail:

    The problem you described must have something to do with the help desk's email application. Kindly try using a Gmail account for the recipient address to test for yourself.

    We look forward to your updates. Thanks!
