I have tried the self help and added multiple emails to the notification list. I still am only receiving emails to my default email on my account.

In case you would like to add multiple recipients into a single Email Notification, the recipients should be separated by comma. Please see the next guide:
Note, that the 'Test Email' button will only email your account address. In order to test the form with specified recipient(s), please submit the form.
